Opt In - Leeds City Council
In 2018, Leeds City Council approached a group of Graphic Arts and Design students at Leeds Beckett University, including myself, to develop a campaign encouraging residents to "Opt In" to the city’s recycling schemes. As part of the campaign, we created a 5-pillar sculpture using recycled rubbish collected from local Leeds areas, symbolizing the importance of community participation in recycling. Alongside the sculpture, we launched a social media campaign to raise awareness. This project involved close collaboration with recycling plants, council members, and local media representatives to amplify the initiative.
